To speed up your request and to insure that we can offer the highest and fastest quality response, please include as much detail as possible. This includes as much server information (FTP and database) and also the admin username and password of your I-RATER admin control panel if relevant. In most cases, the support team will fix whatever problem you are having DIRECTLY on your server.
We make temporary backups of all modifications and this information is deleted immediately after your issue is resolved and confirmed functional. For more information, please see our privacy policy.
